Accessibility Statement
Frontage is committed to making our software usable by everyone, including agents and lead recipients with disabilities. Our target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the agent product, the public agent landing pages, and the marketing site.
What we do today
- Color contrast across the design system targets AA on both light and dark themes.
- Every interactive control is reachable by keyboard. Focus is visible.
- Form labels are programmatic, not placeholder-only.
- Image-heavy components (listing galleries, post thumbs, walkthrough reels) include alt text where the photo is non-decorative.
- Text rendering uses the system size; no hard pixel locks below 14px in body copy.
- The FHA scanner blocks a separate axis: it prevents agents from publishing housing copy that excludes protected classes. Discrimination at the content layer is its own accessibility concern in our domain.
Known gaps
- Some chart visualizations on the Performance page lack a tabular fallback. Planned for the next pass.
- The Studio queue's drag-to-reorder is mouse-first; a keyboard equivalent is on the roadmap.
- Voice memo transcripts are auto-generated; we're evaluating an editor for agents to correct transcription errors.
- The video walkthrough player does not yet expose closed captions. The agent-uploaded captions track is on the roadmap.
Reporting an issue
If you hit a barrier, email accessibility@frontage.app with the URL, what you were trying to do, and any assistive technology in use. We aim to acknowledge within two business days.
Conformance method
Frontage self-assesses against WCAG 2.2 AA during design review. We have not yet engaged a third-party auditor; that is targeted before the public launch (TYLER_TODOS t4, attorney engagement, will help scope the auditor).
